What is our return policy?

7 days of receiving it to initiate an exchange. Due to the personalized nature
of our products, we cannot provide a refund.

sincere apologies and rest assured that we will fix the mistake as quickly as
possible. Once you notify us, we will provide return instructions and offer to replace the product promptly.
